Refund policy

Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Arovias. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and undamaged
  • Returned in its original packaging
  • Returned with all original accessories, labels, and protective materials
  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase

To request a return, please contact us at support@arovias.com before sending the item back. Please do not return your order to the address printed on the original package. Approved return instructions and the correct return address will be provided by our customer service team.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Arovias cannot be responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@arovias.com. Please include your order number and clear photographs or videos showing the issue.

After reviewing your request, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Items showing signs of wear or use
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items clearly marked as non-returnable

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund after it has been issued. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our part.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you, but once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.

Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs clearance, carriers, severe weather, public holidays, peak periods, or an incorrect shipping address do not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

If your package appears to be lost, please contact us so that we can open an investigation with the shipping carrier.
