Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be slightly longer during weekends, holidays, product launches, or promotional periods.

Shipping Origin

Arovias orders are shipped directly from our international fulfillment center in China to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been dispatched, some orders may arrive in as little as 4 business days. Most orders are delivered within 7–10 business days.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and are separate from order processing time. Delivery may occasionally take longer due to customs clearance, carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, peak shopping periods, or an incorrect delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been dispatched.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to update the delivery address.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by the destination country. Unless these charges are clearly included at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@arovias.com with your order number. Our team will assist you in contacting the carrier and investigating the shipment.
